Finding a pet friendly home in Knoxville can be tough. Asset Realty Management makes it easy for you to find the right accommodations to call home for you and your cat or dog. Rental homes/condos that accept pets do so with the following guidelines:

• A one time nonrefundable pet fee of $300.00 is required for 1-2 pets, cat or dog. Monthly rent will increase by $40.00 - $90.00 per pet per month, depending on the individual property.
• Damages caused by any pet will be deducted from the tenant’s security deposit when the tenant vacates the premises
• Other small animals may be permitted with the written permission of Asset Realty Management.
• Certain breeds of dogs may not be allowed, ie. aggressive or destructive breeds
